Any external dialysis service provider referred by Cricket for a member is subject to a member’s coverage and cost share. While there’s no cost for eligible members to participate in the Cricket Health program, they may still receive an EOB that details any services they received. Cricket Health’s services are an included health plan program offering and available to eligible members at no additional cost. Eligible members will never be asked to pay to use Cricket Health’s services.
